1. Strictly for serious buyers only. Please inform me at once if you're not interested with the item anymore.
2. Items will only be reserved if full order form is submitted. Statements like "pls reserve for me" will not be entertained.
3. Reservation period will only last for 48 hours. Payment must be made within 48 hours or else reservation will be automatically canceled without further notice.
4. All orders are confirmed once order form is submitted. Backout customers or over demanding customers will be blacklisted. All blacklisted customers will not be entertain in the future.
5. All sales are final and no refunds/exchange.
6. All prices are fixed.
7. Goods sold are new and in good condition. We will not be responsible for any lost or damage during the delivery.
8. All items are non-restockable unless stated.
9. Buyers will have to bear all postage fees unless stated otherwise.
10. Payment to be made to our Maybank account via online transfer or cash deposit within 48 hours.
11. Advanced payment to be made for restock items. Full refund will be made if we fail to restock.
12. COD can be arranged (subject to my availability).
13. We do accept Paypal! Buyers will have to bear the 5% service fees charged by Paypal. For more questions, do inquire within.
